Formers
Why You’re So Important
Former employees are in the very unique position to know exactly what is going on inside Westwood’s closed doors. The students only know what they’re told during their individual experiences and the lawyers get stuck in the legal battle over formal discovery, a process which can take years. So former employees can help bridge the gaps by filling in what actually goes on – what are you trained to say and do, the culture at the school, what problems you saw, how the school viewed the students, etc. Every single former employee has unique knowledge and experiences, so we look forward to speaking with each and every one of you.
To date, nearly two dozen former employees from all areas of the school have come forward with a common goal – to make things right for the students. Many feel some sense of responsibility to help make things right, some are just angry with the school for how they were treated, others just want to make sure we have all of the right information. No matter which category you fit into, we’re happy to talk to you.
