There are laws about harassment, especially over the phone, so you do have some recourse if they will not stop calling you. The most important thing to do is to document all of your communications - keep a log of who calls you at what times and the exact language you used to tell them to stop calling you. You may also want to write a letter demanding that you be taken off of their calling list and send it to the school by registered mail so you have confirmation that it was received. If these measures are not effective, then you may want to look into your legal recourse.

The people at this school are absolutely nuts! They've litteraly been harrasing my wife. We've asked numerous time for them to take them off the list w/ no results. We requested a little info from them and it has been a nightmare ever since. HOW DARE THEY?! I've never in all my life dealt w/ a university like this.

Did they finally stop calling? I sure hope there's hope for us.
